Thinking Deep

You know, I used to think that I was a pretty intelligent person, and had quite a bit to say. I used to think that I could express myself quite well. Reading blogs of people who are young enough to be my children, I don't think so anymore. These young people have so much to say, and so much more wisdom and insight than I EVER had when I was their age, it's simply shameful. I have so much do learn from them.

I have been through SO MUCH in the last 5-10 years, that I can't even begin to explain, nor do I think that I want too. Looking at the other two blogs that I have started on here, I guess they kind of explain why. Yes, I have quite a bit to learn. Because, I have forgotten so much!
So yesterday, on Halloween we drove up to Ogden and had lunch with the ladies from the "Coke Club" that Mom and Dad used to hang out with, after water aerobics at the Ogden Athletic Club. This time it was just "the Ladies." We had lunch at CHOP STIX, which used to be THE TRAINING TABLE, which is located right next to my old apartment, at The Brownstone. Good times were had there. Good memories. Although, do you think I even bothered to look at my old apartment, or the balcony where I spent so much time on? NO! What is WRONG WITH ME!?

After lunch, we drove over to the old neighborhood, and stopped by Chris Stuarts, so I could 'Trick or Treat' at her house. Alas, NO ONE WAS HOME! So I called her on her cell, phone and visited for a minute, and then we dropped by Karen Anderson's new abode, where her family is "camping out" until their new house will be built. I got to chat with sweet little Chloe, for a minute too. She is hilarious.

We then swung by Jackie and Jared's. Since Chris had stopped by Jackie's work and told her we were in town. (Thanks Chris! ha ha. We were going to call you anyway Jackie)

So then we hopped in the car, and drove home. Only to get home in time to throw candy in the bowl and open the door for the first "trick or treaters."

So sometime in the middle of the night, I woke up not feeling well. HAPPINESS AND JOY! (NOT,) I'm pretty sure that I have FOOD POISONING! UGG! Oh Well. It was a very enjoyable day.
